Caramel Frappuccino is what i ordered and this is what i received at 10345 Folsom Blvd Rancho Cordova, Ca 95670 from Kelsey. They have found another way to discriminate as i am a African American who never feel comfortable or accepted when inside a Starbucks establishment as i feel like they only have Whites only coffee. I am a consumer who pays for a service only to be robbed of that opportunity to be provided said service. I enjoy the products Starbucks offer and hopefully look forward to growth and development within the franchise that America had grown to love....

Been here a few times. Love my caramel macchiato! They made it well. Inside is tidy. Efficient. My drink was done so quickly!

This location is REALLY bad. Drive through is so slow. Like 25 minutes 4 cars behind. Inside is just as bad if not worse. Got skipped over many times when drinks were coming out. Seems like they make the easy ones first then start the more difficult ones making it forever before we got ours. Barista making the coffee was so rude.
Cass was unbelievably nice. She was full of Christmas cheer and made our visit happy and fun for the kids! Best service at a Starbucks in a long time. I would come more often with baristas like her.

A district manager needs to take a walk through this place because it is obvious the store manager is rather incompetent. Due to long wait times inside and in the drive through, lack of cleanliness, and RUDE baristas! The staff aren't welcoming especially when you walk in, I feel dismissed and rushed to leave. I hope the management will eventually improve. Do better Starbucks!
