Here are my two dry footlongs I picked up about 20 minutes ago…. Both ordered with oil and vinegar. Not even good. I would go to beach hut deli instead this place is not it.

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! The owner/manager of this business doesn't appreciate his customers. I placed an order online for my family's dinner with the coupon the WEBSITE SAYS THEY ACCEPT. The owner canceled my order 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time because he doesn't want to accept the coupon and "doesn't know how to turn off the coupon" YOU ARE A FRANCHISEE AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO MANAGE YOUR BUSINESS. No wonder the rating here is SO bad. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. This owner doesn't treat people well at all. I would say don't work here and don't order from here! DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICES.

They put zero meat on the sandwich! Worst subway in California .I go to many locations. Do not go! I asked for extra vegetables the owner wanted to charge me an additional fee!!!! Rude customer service . Dirty bathroom. Didn’t even wash hands before making my sandwich . Does not honor national coupons. Very frugal with ingredients and doesn’t even thank you for the business . Worst food experience I have ever experienced.

This might be the 2nd worst subway I’ve ever been too. The worst one was a gas station subway on the I-5 half way from L.A. to S.F…flys everywhere! This one was just sad. The bread was stale. The vegis were old and wilted. The meat was clumpy. The service was fine. Looked like mother and daughter working on a Sunday so props to them but for $12.95 for a turkey sando, you’d think they could splurge for fresh ingredients! I read a few other reviews and it seems this subway is notoriously cheap. Not going back, that’s for sure!

While on my way for mobile pickup, they manually canceled the order for their online promotions which they seem to do frequently. Base on reviews would have been disappointed in their quality anyway good save, will try other locations.

Manager his lacks customer service skills. He also tells his other employees to skimp on ingredients by talking in a different language.He doesn’t follow rules and policies of of the Subway corporation.Poor customer experience..

I visited around 3pm and having worked at subway for years previously it definitely wasn’t up to standard.

They cancelled my order online because they don't take the coupon their website said they took. They're a participating location for the coupon, so I don't understand. They still took my money for the sandwiches. I have yet to be refunded.

The location on sunrise and antelope very very poor customer service. I wanted to place an order over the phone and she told me I had to do it online and hung up on me. I would not use this Subway if it were the last one on Earth and apparently this person doesn't know what customer service and a good experience is all about And doesn't do the Subway name any Justice. I'm sure she was the owner or manager.

So dissatisfied with this place. The lady who helped me today was about as dry as the bread, they don’t take coupons unless it’s for specific sandwiches (meatball and 2 others).I wondered if she was hard of hearing, but after reading a few other one star reviews, which there are a lot of, I don’t think she is hard of hearing, she just doesn’t listen! I had to repeat myself over and over. This location is right around the corner from my house, but I’d drive 100 miles any other Subway before visiting this one again. For a buck or two more, I’ll visit Mr. Pickles or Beach Hut where you can actually get a GREAT sandwich! I went to this location, because I had to run home from work and saw the coupons sitting on my table.
