This place is great but unfortunately the customers are what bring the experience here down. Last week there was a shouting match between a customer and employee which caused quite a lot of chaos. Kudos to the young lady who still managed to take our order in the drive through with all that going on.

Although Google maps said they're open till 2:00 a.m. we got there at 8:30 p.m. and the guy at the drive-thru talk box legit said they were closed and refused to give us service. Unfortunately I do not have his name but this location is rude to customers

I am extremely disappointed with my visit. Ordered a burrito without onions it came with onions. Ordered a chicken quessadia it came with 1 piece of chicken on the entire thing. And I didn't get my taco. Wish I hadn't used the drive-through. Was the only person in the entire building, and I understand why. Will never come here again 30$, and I have about 5 worth of my food.

Super rude Taco Bell location! I had late night cravings so came here since it said it closes at 3am. I arrive right before 11pm and the worker said they’re closing soon because they’re short staffed. No problem. I ordered a cravings box and nacho fries. He said he’s unable to make any nacho fries. Totally fine. I said I’ll just stick to the cravings box then. I asked if I could check in for points he said no because he already submitted my order. I asked for hot sauce, he forgets to give it to me so I had to drive through the drive thru again to ask for some and he handed me some without a word / zero acknowledgment. Sorry you hate your job but don’t take it out on your customers.

This might not be a safe location for people with allergies. I ordered a soft taco with no cheese and the taco clearly had cheese in it that was scraped out. The employees were understanding and replaced the taco very quickly, but that might not be possible if you're ordering in the drive thru and only notice an issue at home.
Dietary restrictions: Employees sometimes scrape unwanted ingredients off of food and serve it, which can cause issues for people with allergies or other restrictions

I have ordered from this specific location many times and sometimes it is amazing but there has been multiple time including tonight where they have messed up my order. Either missing items or a completely different item than ordered

I'm not much of a fan of Taco Bell but my only favorites that I'd get if I'm craving them specifically are the Chalupa and Gordita Supreme. The main problem that I have with the food is portion size. Always little to no meat, not as satisfying as I'd wish it to be.
