This is the worst Taco Bell in the area! I usually will drive farther down the street just to avoid this location due to their poor service and lack of urgency. They will most certainly mess up your order. Most days you can not even order going through the drive through and are forced to use the app. I have complained about this location for YEARS, this location is very poorly managed. I go back every 6 months or so just to see if things have changed and I am always disappointed. Save your money and go to another location! Especially in this economy.

The person clearly wasn't listening to me when I asked for 2 spicy ranch because I didn't want the fake cheese that is the nacho cheese. they even charged me for an extra ranch and still gave me the cheese. Read the darn order. You have a screen that tells you, so how can you mess something up like that. Goodness, I can't even eat the chips now.

I walked into the location, I waited at the registers and was ignored for 3 minutes. The Lady at the drive thru window said when you're ready to order, use the self order device. So I left. Do I get paid to work for Taco Bell, no. I refuse to self order. No discount is provided for doing a job of someone that should be providing services. Do better.

Terrible customer service. They barely speak to you when you come in, whether it be in store or through the drive-thru. They literally could care less about you as a consumer. The food is sub par. The last time we went, we ordered a few taco supremes, an empanada and a mexican pizza. The tacos were barely filled (less than half of what you get at the West Sacramento location). There was literally 6 strings of cheese on one of my tacos. The empanada was so old or over cooked, I couldn't eat the outter crust of it. The only thing that was decent was the mexican pizza. So disheartening, when we are paying a fortune for fast food.

George did a great job serving his customers. Very upbeat and considerate young man. Tacobell isn't the first place when you think of positive outlook and positive service but he did a great job representing the place.

Just ordered a soda and paid at the window and then they forgot to give me my drink...had to honk to tell them i was still there waiting. I think it was the manager and she was too busy doing something at the same time to remember i was still there waiting.

Why can't they make the orders like they r supposed to? I mean where is the cheese on these 2 Gordida Crunches & this happens all the time at this location. Just plain old sad. Whatever happened to pride in ones work. Service is normally decent.

Went in to place order about 10:30 am. Walked in & tall young kid behind counter looked at me like I had 5 eyes. Said I wanted to make an order. NOONE else in restaurant. He looked at me like I was crazy now & said "You have to use the kiosk." I told him I didn't do that. He said well we dnt take orders. So I walked out! What is up with this? Is/WAS my favorite Taco Bell. (Taco Bell after soccer game for team...too bad.....lesson learned manager??)
