If I could give this location a zero star I would, rude customer service in drive thru window and a lack of communication, I told the order taker a cheese burger, large drink and a large vanillla frosty cream cold brew, at the window gave me the wrong drink, vanilla frosty SHAKE, and wrongfully tried to blame me for it. I repeated to her twice at the drive thru window "it was the large vanilla frosty cream coffee right?" And she said yes. The lady after her had issues of her own after I asked if they were the same priced drink and she shrugged me off with "yeah yeah" and shut the window on me, came back around because they failed to give me my receipt and turns out it's NOT the same price. It's my first time at this location by the way so I recommend not coming here if you're new to the area.

Drove thru for breakfast special, good price for egg muffin sandwiches, quick service, no one in line before or after. However, my 2 senior parents were with me, and at the window we inquired about Senior specials - told NO by male. Female handed bag, I asked again, "Don't you give Seniors a drink anymore?", she said yes but you must order at the window. "There is a line behind you." That was disappointing, getting a soda takes 30 seconds, and the line wait was not extended. Not good service, it wouldn't have taken much effort and we were simply dismissed.

Got my order wrong and left out fries and refuses to do anything about it. They do not answer the phone, they do not respond via the “live service” on the app which has consistently been down.
I ordered food today through door dash. My food order was missing an order of fries and sauces that I paid extra for. We didn’t even receive a single napkin. The food was a C-, at best. Just because food is ordered for delivery does not mean standards drop.
