milk tea taste like water and powder
I know this from Malaysia and Hong Kong; it's so famous and of good quality, clean, and tastes good.
Best milk tea joint, this is my go to for milk tea. Take the first sip and I was like in cloud. Lol, yes its that good.

Pretty standard Tea place. They actually have pretty good teas and I frequent it since I visit the nearby cemetery. Unfortunately my latest experience left a bad taste. They were running a promotion for an MMO game. The promo was a key chain or trinkets , as well as in game item vouchers. After waiting 2 hours for my drinks that were not correctly placed online through their multitude of apps ( There a gong cha, gong cha usa, gong cha california, etc.)I placed an order for 3 drinks. I idiotically waited 2 hours for these drinks with the notion that i'd either be able to get a voucher or trinket. Unfortunately, able to get either. The staff there was teaching customers how to cut ahead of the line. Their own staff was telling them, to order the drinks, ask for them to not be filled, and receive the promo items regardless as this qualified as a purchase. This allowed them to skip ahead of the queue of people that were waiting in line the honest way. So, several people ( at least that I personally saw) were allowed to order 6 or 9 cups at a time and double dip, and walk out within minutes. The fact that the staff did this is insane. The staff (you know who you are) should be ashamed. You taught them how to exploit the system that all the other customers were playing by. Dishonest by any means. I understand that there was an influx of orders and patrons, and it was difficult to manage, I get it. But that influx brought in future customers and tips. You can't scoff at one, without scoffing at the other. You should be ashamed of letting people cut ahead of honest patrons. The promo was in limited quantities, so that fact that you did this in order to rid yourself of this 'problem' was particularly damning. These patrons took time out of their day and money from their wallets for you to undermine them? It's unfortunate to see this behavior from professionals that were hired to promote this product.

Just a quick reminder for all the Boba lover, they do not give you any straw when you buy a Boba from them. Are you kidding me? I just bought three bottle of Boba to go. and it feels like I’m standing in the middle of the desert right now, desperate it and hopeless
