IHOP is always a great choice for a quick all American breakfast. The server was great and very hospitable. However, we come to find out this location has been without A/C for months. If you've been there lately the atmosphere is hot, humid and uncomfortable. It makes the dining experience unpleasant. I cannot imagine how the workers feel, especially if they're in the kitchen. This must be an OSHA violation, especially with the extreme heat waves we've been having lately.
