Came here for the buffet with a group of 7. It was pretty cool, good music, good vibes. I felt like the buffet was a little small though and it took some time for the lines to push through since its a smaller area.

First time at a kalaveras, we were on our way home from LAX hour and a half drive so thought we would stop for dinner and both of us need a restroom , both bathrooms were very unclean , I’ll leave it at that but not a good first impression. Service was great I can’t remember her name, I was expecting traditional Mexican food but it’s a little different so I ordered the pasta a la Diabla and it was very good , my wife ordered the cheese enchiladas with rice and beans and she said they were good but not great , but the thing that stole the show was the bread pudding, it was fantastic, and this is a problem everywhere these day it was expensive, my pasta and my wife’s enchiladas with two sodas and bread pudding was $75 , makes it hard to go out anymore

Shittiest service I have ever experienced!! Sat here at the bar for 15 to 20 minutes and didn't even get a hello, how are you doing can I get you anything. And the worst part this place stunk really bad. This was my first experience here at this this location. And I will not be coming back. And I do not recommend it for anyone else

Two of us went to Kalaveras in City of Industry on 5/26/2025 for dinner, ordered trio Fajitas ($30) and CEVICHE ($20). Fajitas chicken and beef were very tender, tasted good. Ceviche was a little too sour for us. Very good service (waiter Abraham) experienced. Will go again.
This place was definitely the spot for birthday celebrations. My family and I recently went and had a blast. Not only was it fun but the food was also very bomb. Definitely would recommend the quesa birria tacos, candy shots, and margarita slushies.
