Here’s a polished 150-word review you can use:

I recently visited La Poblana, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. This restaurant truly captures the authentic flavors of Puebla, Mexico. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of traditional taste that reminded me of homemade Mexican cooking. I especially enjoyed the rich mole poblano, which had the perfect balance of sweetness and spice, as well as the handmade tortillas and flavorful tacos.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with friendly staff who made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The service was quick, attentive, and professional. Everything in the restaurant was clean and well organized, creating a pleasant dining experience.

What I appreciated most was the authenticity of the dishes and the generous portions for the price. It is not just another Mexican restaurant — it truly represents the culture and cuisine of Puebla. I highly recommend La Poblana to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food.

I had a very disappointing experience at La Poblanita.

My group and I initially planned to eat there, but after overhearing another customer next to us complain about the food, we decided to just order drinks instead. We ordered two beers and specifically asked about the price beforehand. The menu clearly listed each beer at $5.50, and another server confirmed that price.

However, when we received the bill, we were shocked to see that each beer was charged at $10. When we questioned our server, Araceli, about the discrepancy, she dismissed our concern and claimed that the menu price was incorrect and that the “real” price was $10. She even told us that the other server “didn’t know,” which is not acceptable.

We politely asked for a manager, but she told us that she was the manager and refused to honor the price shown on the menu. There was no attempt to resolve the issue or provide any kind of customer service—just a flat refusal.

Charging customers more than the listed menu price is misleading and unprofessional. Even more disappointing was the way we were treated when we brought it up.

I would not recommend this place based on this experience. Be careful and double-check your bill if you decide to visit.

I love exploring good authentic Mexican cuisine. I only came a few times for breakfast/lunch and it never disappointed.
They have reallt good Cafe de Olla if you're a fan of that. Perfect sweetness , just need a little bit of creamer.
They have complimentary chips and salsa served freshly hot as always. Salsas has a goos spicy kick.
They have a good selection of breakfast menu, I ordered the chorizo con huevos because you cannot go wrong with that. It comes woth scrambled egg and beans, I also added a side of avocado.
Tortillas are homemade , you can choose between corn and flour. I am a corn tortilla girl.

The restaurant has a great ambiance with traditional music playing. always packed with families dining in especially on weekend.
The server always came by and checked on us. very nice lady and I got to practice my Spanish a little lol.

Parking can be a little difficult because there are other businesses next door. you street parkings are available.

The food was nothing out of the ordinary, but the coffee was really delicious. It’s a bit expensive compared to other places of the same quality. What caught my attention was that they charged me for the cream they added to my chilaquiles — I thought that was already included, especially considering the price.

I drive 65 miles to eat at La Poblana. Food is excellent, atmosphere is friendly with great service. Prices are reasonable for the delicious authentic meals served. Fresh homemade tortillas, cheese. Chili salsa is one of the best I've tasted. Highly recommend this restaurant 👍🏽😊
