Very nice hotel. Room was clean with great view. Hot tub and view were outstanding. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Couple of requests were handled promptly. Only had bar food one night and it was great.

However, a front desk man is terrible. My leg was scraped, so I asked him if he had alcohol disinfectant, tweezers, or a Band-Aid. He is so impatient, slow, and impolite. Looks like a Mexico guy(sorry about saying this), big belly, didn’t want to move at all to get me the band-aid.
It’s not cool to have a great hotel but such a terrible front desk man.
