Ordered two Pho Tai to go.

And this is the result of $27.00

Old noodles, tainted meat, and sour broth.

Not even worth my time to go back for a refund.

Thanks! Pho Hoa! Your the best!

I have been coming here every Saturday for 5 years straight. This is the greatest bowl of pho you will ever consume in the city of Los Angeles, possibly even the country. The broth is the definition of perfection, buttery from the fat and made from bone traditionally, not fragrant or made from a vegetable stock.

The customer service is straight forward. They take your order, and bring you your food. Just because they don’t baby you or pamper you doesn’t mean they are “rude”. With their methods of customer service, they are able to bring out your bowl of pho in 2 minutes, while providing the same equal attention to detail to the rest of the customers, and the cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant.

The owner and staff have a wonderful restaurant, and truly make us feel like family.

Food is authentic and great, never disappointed. Prices are reasonable with good portions. This is small mom and pop resturant with nothing fancy just great pho.

I ordered a braised beef rice that was clearly listed as $12.75 on the menu. The sales tax in City of Industry is 9.50%, so with tax, it should’ve been around $13.97. Even if I include the surprise $0.50 “to-go” fee they made up on the spot, the total still only comes to $14.46 — yet they charged me $15.58.

They don’t take cards, and someone just scribbled the total on a random piece of paper like it’s some back alley hustle. When I questioned it, they casually claimed there’s a to-go charge — something I’ve never seen any legitimate restaurant do without clear notice.

This isn’t just shady — it’s blatant fraud. They are deliberately overcharging customers and hoping no one does the math. It’s insulting — they’re treating their guests like fools who won’t notice.

Absolutely unacceptable and dishonest. I will never return, and I strongly suggest others stay away from this place.

Its 2025 and this spot is cash only...
We have all of this technology to transfer money cashless yet they want to run a business like its 1990 and accept cash only.

I've been coming to this place for about 30 years now. It is the place where I first tasted phò. This restaurant cradled a budding foodie, and it continues it's tradition of delicious flavor. I visited it Sunday July 13, 2025. Needles to say I continue to be a fan.
Cash only! They compete for your cash against the Peppermint Rhino in the same strip mall.
The Phò is on point. There are other dishes, the likes of which I cannot pronounce, but they are delicious nonetheless. The staff has changed throughout the years, but it continues to be the same chop chop type of service, after all you came here to eat, not fraternize with the staff.
You came to eat, enjoy this jewell hidden in plain sight in the city of industry in the San Gabriel Valley. Bon appetit!

Do not ever go there. The waiter will urge you to make order within one minute as you site down. The food test terrible and the beef is raw. They only accept cash and would force you to go to atm outside if you do not have cash.

BE CAREFUL ON THE BILL THEY SEND YOU, THEY JUST MADE UP THE NUMBERS!

We called ahead to order two for pick up, when we got to the store the clerk told us $40. We thought the price was wrong offered to see the bill he said no have. He said there's a tax increase you guys do the math and it's pretty much the same. I can feel ripped off and I walk away. I don't know how to do business like this.

I recently visited this store hoping to enjoy an authentic bowl of Vietnamese pho. While the broth was decent and the noodles were cooked well, the entire experience fell flat due to one critical issue: THERE WAS NO CHILI OIL AVAILABLE!!!

For anyone familiar with Vietnamese cuisine, chili oil is a non-negotiable condiment that adds depth, heat, and aroma to the dish. Without it, the pho tasted bland and incomplete, no matter how much lime, basil, or Sriracha I added. It’s like serving sushi without soy sauce or pizza without cheese — it just doesn’t work.

I’d consider giving this place another chance ONLY IF they prioritize stocking essential condiments. Until then, I’ll be taking my cravings elsewhere.
