My wife and I tried this in the past month and it was our first time trying any sort of meal prep service. I saw the great reviews and am happy to say that our experience was consistent with the other great reviews! Communication has been clear and on point from the very beginning. I forgot to review this place, but we chose them for my first child after sampling a few different places. The food isn't too heavy but it's flavorful and not at all bland. It's not cheap but it was 100000% worth it. Now that I'm due with my second, I'm planning to use them again. So grateful that such a great service exists here. I live in OC and they still were able to deliver to me, though for an extra fee.

I completed my 30 day meal plan with Jen Health a few months back (my daughter is now 4 months). I can verify that they provided quality meals the entire duration. Because of the food, I had so much energy and felt happy despite waking up every 2 hours to feed and despite having two other children to take care of.
