I order to pick because it is on the way to me work. I did it 3 time, and all the 3 time the coffee was horrible, they forgot the whipped cream or just the coffee was watery. The worst place.

I Purchased a gift certificate and gave to my daughter as a Christmas gift. She tried to buy things in her area. Was told card not registered and 0 balance. That was a horrible experience .

I had to delete the star. My question is did they run out of Christmas cups this morning? I ordered a venti hot coffee after having a terrible morning and getting my morning coffee at almost 12 noon and was served with the regular green and white cup that they have all year long. I look over the counter and they had plenty of Holiday cups on hand. Your right Attention owner of this Starbucks. And I've had other experiences there that were not that great. And they do have the worst unfriendly service!!!

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Especially at the window. Since you place an order and they give you what they want and even worse with a bad attitude. Unfortunately, a fool runs the whole place... they should pay more attention to this despotic person you have serving your customers.

WARNING! The staff here are EXTREMELY DISCRIMINATORY. We ordered a grande Americano in venti cup with extra ice and water, they refused to do so, was giving us a hard time even we told them we have been ordered like this for at least 5 years. But when we asked if we can just have a cup of water on the side they responded “happy to do so”. Seriously… what’s the point of doing that if you can just add water into my cup instead of wasting another plastic cup? Starbucks, if you open the option to have people customize their drink on app, you should train your staff to be able to do it in the store too, this is beyond ridiculous.

Dear Starbucks Customer Service Team,

I am a loyal Starbucks customer and have been enjoying your products for 20 years. Recently, I had an unpleasant experience at your [location] store.

On [date and time], I ordered a Frappuccino. When I asked the staff if it contained sugar, I was informed that Frappuccinos do not have sugar. This was very confusing to me since Frappuccinos typically contain sugar. Does this mean that the Frappuccinos I've been drinking for 20 years were made incorrectly? Additionally, when I mentioned that the coffee was too strong and asked to add milk, my request was denied.

I am very disappointed with this unprofessional and unfriendly behavior. I hope your company will take this matter seriously and provide appropriate training to your staff to ensure such incidents do not happen again.
