I guess I’m kind spoiled in Santa Monica when it comes to getting everything together but the cashier thumbs up she was amazing from the beginning she so happy engaging wow she was so amazing I couldn’t believe it highly recommend going there just for her . Her name is D’nice I haven’t seen customers service like that in a while and that’s why you guys got 5 starts from me. There was one person who had a bad attitude I thought my other drink was ready because it was the same drink I assumed the one that was on the other counter was mines my mistake it happens right :) . She had the worse attitude saying we are busy in a tone that wasn’t necessary her name was Isabel I’m sorry you had a bad weekend you shouldn’t take it in to your work place and of course you can play the video back not once was I rude . I went to one of the table waiting for my drink but then I got up for a water and here goes Isabel (karen ) that’s how I felt she was and she says we are busy your drink is coming up ok . I went for a water I wasn’t ask for my drink because she already told me it was coming . It sucks because I was about to put a one star but here comes D’nice to save the day . Gave me the water talked for a few and I sat down called my name for my drink had a couple of sips not that good but the bagel was amazing.. well I’ll be calling as well for D’nice she was amazing

I stopped in to this location to get some caffeine on my long drive from Arizona to LA. Each employee I spoke to was so nice, personable, and it really made my day! It’s hard to find people working in the service industry who are genuinely so nice nowadays. Wish I lived closer so I could make this my regular spot!

Visited on New Year’s Day around noon. No one in line, 3 cars in drive thru, 4 ppl working behind the counter. Waited 10 mins for someone to take my order.
And someone behind me actually cut in front by going to another register. Worker didn’t say anything.
No greeting no happy new year…. Nothing.
If you want to work just don’t. I get it, you probably won’t want to work there or on a holiday shift. But that’s not my problem.
Pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

Ordered a pretty complicated custom drink on Red Cup Day and the barista handled it like an absolute champ. They crafted everything perfectly and even double-checked the details, asking whether the affogato shot should go before or after the whipped cream. Really appreciated the care and attention on such a busy day. Great service!

Awful employees. Today I got the most bitter venti blonde. Perhaps they reheated the coffee? It was 9:45 AM. The worst and NOT fresh coffee ever!! Do better lazy people. I drove through and got on the highway. I wish I had the time to go back and tell you the truth about your coffee this morning.

Just found out this after ordering so many Starbucks coffee from different locations: That is the different managements DO IMPACT a lot of the quality of services, food and atmosphere… all these express how much the team care for how the customers want…

I won’t visit this location as usual after trying many times…
