Tried asking for help twice got ignored, probably cause they’re blasting edm music.

We ordered our drinks on 7/23/25 through Ubereats from this location. We ordered a watermelon heaven and passion attraction. Unfortunately, more than halfway through my sister having the watermelon heaven, she found a metal shard in her beverage. It’s disappointing that we reached out to customer service by email and the response was to refund us our drink. Just one drink. Given that this is a huge safety and health concern, it would be nice to have a response that is more proportional to the unfortunate situation at hand. Not only was it disgusting but it was dangerous. I hope no one else has this kind of experience.

Stale food and fries

Tried Tastea’s new energy drink “Green Mamba” super good and from what the employees said they use Lotus energy which is a healthier substitute then using your typical Red Bull etc. super yummy! Next drink I’ll be trying is “shark bite”.

so upsetting that i have to rate this place a 2. Its been my favorite boba store in city of industry and i loved going for my sweet treats, but recently ive had such horrible experiences! The girl manager (I believe her name is Alyssa) has this rude attitude whenever i walk in and I don’t know if it’s because of me or she just is that way. It could be because they are always getting my drink orders wrong and I choose to speak on it, but that should not be a problem! I am paying one hour of work ($18) for two drinks, I should be able to enjoy it. I feel bad telling them something is wrong, because i understand they are working hard, but the past couple times i have received my drinks, they’ve tasted fermented!😭 I know this is not how the original drinks are supposed to taste because ive ordered the same drink countless of times and its tasted yum. Most of the other workers are incredibly sweet even when there has been a mistake. Going to try a different location, hopefully it lives up to what this one could’ve been if it had better customer service☹️☹️.

A good visit for matcha and crispy chicken!

The matcha tea is fragrant and flavorful, with less sugar. It hits the perfect balance for anyone wanting to indulge without the sugar overload.

The karate chicken (or popcorn chicken) is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and available in spice levels ranging from 1 to 10. I went with a level 3, and it already had a serious kick. I’m not sure what level 10 would feel like.

I went on Saturday to get a slushy and was disappointed on how much of the lychee fruit and jelly were over fill and not enough slushy but still enjoyed my drink. Then visit again today because my bf wanted something and when we went there was a couple order on the machine and employee was taking an order but then she just left to fill the order without help us or asking us or choice of ordering method. Then we tried to use the machine but I couldn’t find the new Carmel drink on there and waited to see if we can get anyone attention and we couldn’t so we left!

Five stars for friendly customer service and four stars for the drink! I ordered the Lychee Peachee with aloe, medium sweet, but it was still wayyyy too sweet. I will get it even less next time. Regardless, it was a solid tea drink and I was very pleased.
