Very rude and bad service, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I decided not to spend my money at this place. I spent my money atAMC PUENTE HILLS THEATRES. THEY HAVE BEST COMFORT FOODS AND FELT VERY WELCOME AND BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVEN AUNTIES ANNES IS BETTER THAN THESE BOZOS. WETZEL PRETZELS IS TOOO EXPENSIVE ALSO.
Employee was on break. Waited 10 minutes for the beautiful woman to get back. She told me 10 minutes to bake a fresh one! Then I found out they were out of almond crunch. Sad Times.
Had to wait 10 minutes for a pretzel with no one else in line. After 10 minutes they said they forgot and went on break. Had to wait another 10 minutes. 20 min for a yucky pretzel! The only reason I waited was for the benefit of a child with a strong pretzel craving!
I dont know why google says there closed at 12:30 am.becuz I just purchased the pretzel with pepperoni and jalapeno and they offered to put butter on it and of course I obliged. Crispy crust,soft fresh inside.yes good
The one helper today I believe his name was Ian, was so helpful and kind. He prepared my order quickly and was respectful.
VERY BAD SERVICE, A 9 MINUTE WAIT TURNED INTO A 30 MINUTES, THE GIRLS WERE SO SLOW JUST KPT TLKING, NOT CHANGING THEIR GLOVES ONVE SHE HANDLEDONEY N ERNY BACK TO MSKE THE PRETZELS, THEM DETD A BOX ON THE COUNTER WHERE SHE HAD THE DOUGH ON, NOT CLEANING IT, VERY UN SANITIZE. GET MY ORDER 30 MINUTES LATER, AND ITS BURNT ON THE BOTTOM AS WELL MY SONS N GODSONS, VERY POOR SERVICE, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE AT ALL..VERY UN SANITIZE PLACE..THIS WETZEL'S PRETZELS IS LOCATED IN THE PUENTE HILLS MALL CALIFORNIA6/5/2021 @ 2:34pm

This place is never ready with the product. Every single time we have tried to get food to take into the theatre they have said it won’t be ready for 20 minutes. Very annoying
