It is my first time to go in person to I Like Pie. I had many delivery orders from them before my visit. It is located in the Village Market. The place has a classy and beautiful ambience. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They have many delicious varieties of unique pies. They also offer Nationwide Shipping. we ordered many sweet and savory pies ; For sweet pies: -Mixed Berry pie. -Cookie Butter. -Banana Cream. -Chocolate Sin. - Handmade Mixed Berry For Savory; - Onion potato Quiche. - Chicken Pot Pie We asked the young man to warm the onion Potato Quiche . It had this delectable, rich, flaky and unique flavors. Then we tried the Cookie Butter. The flavor, the flakiness and the perfect sweetness are exquisite. For the rest of the pies, we enjoyed exploring their enticing flavors at home. Every single pie has a rich, delightful and decadent flavor both the savory or the sweet ones. That pie shop is one of the great places I visited recently.Definitely, I will go back there frequently.

I have had several pies and they all have been good. My favorite and go to is the Dutch apple pie because the crust is always deliciously buttery and not under baked.

Best Chicken Pot Pie I have ever had. Also have amazing jelly pies. Recommend the Mixed Berry!

Service was great and attentive. The shop was very clean. Pies were organized and neatly shown behind the display cases. We got the key lime JJ and the salted caramel banana JJ: pie shells were thick and hardy, not sure what to make of them really because I am not a pie person. It's different from the typical graham cracker pie crust, is it better? I think that depends on your personal taste. Speaking of which, I found both to be a bit too sweet for my taste. The key lime flavor lacks tartness and that citrus tangy taste. I wasn't able to detect anything special about the salted caramel banana pie, there were two pieces of banana and beyond that was just some pudding and whipped cream on top. Overall, the experience was not memorable.

Stopped by for dessert and ordered a couple of pies, banana cream, and salted caramel banana these are good. They have a variety of pies with different flavors and are handcrafted. Customer service was really great, the young gentlemen who served us were courteous, friendly, and attentive. There is inside dining and outside dining with a few tables and chairs to sit down and enjoy your dessert. This is the first time we've been to this establishment and we enjoyed it. There is plenty of parking. The handicap stalls close by.

I've had this place many times now and they charge a high price for the pies and sometimes they're not fully cooked.

This is absolutely fire. The service is quick and the workers are friendly and polite every time I've gone. I highly recommend the Cinnamon Roll Hand Pie, it does not disappoint. I've also had the Turtle Brownie pie and it was good as well. The inside seating is limited and the waiting room can get cramped quick, but the service is fast so it's not much of an issue. Plenty of seating directly outside and in the quad area it's located it.

I tried to contact the store about a major issue, but was completely ignored. My friend suggested that I call the CDPH and report a class II quality complaint and I'm considering it. Long story short, they do not have proper refrigeration of their products. My spouse and I stopped in here for dessert one night; a normal date night after sharing a dinner at Bua Thai (this is pertinent). My spouse got a vegan berry pie cup and, since it was during the holidays, I got a cheesecake pumpkin pie cup. These were in an un-refrigerated display case at the counter. Unrefrigerated dairy products left out for more than 2 hours can develop dangerous bacteria. At around 2 am, I woke up in extreme digestive distress. I tried to trace the culprit of the food poisoning. Having once held a food handler's card, I had a pretty decent idea of food-borne illness gestation periods. My spouse and I had tried 2 new things that night, Bua Thai's Pad Woon Sen, and the pies. However, we shared the same plate of Pad Woon Sen, and had different pies; when I got sick, my spouse was fine. I know that some bacteria can take many days to develop, but I hadn't eaten anything out of the norm in the past 2 weeks at that time. So, eliminating all other possibilities, it was the pie. I had to go to Urgent Care for help to stop the digestive distress. I was in incredible pain and could barely keep water down. It took about 5 days to regain my ability to eat solid foods, and I couldn't work or take care of my kids during that time. I researched the bacteria likely to be the culprit, and my symptoms and gestation period were consistent. I contacted the store to tell them to watch out for this problem, and they ignored me. The shelf is still unrefrigerated, and I think this is a public health tragedy. I hope no one else gets sick. I will NOT come back ever again.

I've been coming here for years and love their pies so much! My favorite is chocolate chip chess, where I heat it up for the best flavor. When you buy the pies, it comes with instructions on how to best serve it which is very helpful.

Went in on a random Wednesday. They had a Dutch apple pie and a cookie butter pie. I also got the cinnamon handheld and the berry handheld. The Dutch apple pie was very good. It had a nice crust and the crumbs on top were tasty. The cookie butter pie was good although a bit too sweet for me so I split it in half. The handheld were delicious and a bit messy. I preferred the berry one over the cinnamon

On our way home from a road trip, I always enjoy discovering at least one special place that offers gluten-free options to stop and try. During our recent journey, we opted for I Like Pie in Claremont. Nestled in the old town area, it exuded charm and character. Parking on the street, we strolled through a quaint shopping and dining district to reach the entrance. The bakery, though simple, had a delightful ambiance. Inside and outside seating options were available, and the selection of pies was impressive, but only two were gluten free: Key Lime and Mixed Berry. Concerned about my allergies, I inquired about the ingredients, and the staff graciously shared the information. While they take precautions, a notice indicated the possibility of cross-contamination due to the non-dedicated facility. Despite this, I decided to take a chance, and I'm glad I did. The pies, resembling more of cupcakes or muffins, were delectable. Our favorite was the Key Lime, with its perfect balance of tartness and lime flavor. The crust, with its crumbly texture and buttery taste, complemented the filling beautifully. Notably, I experienced no adverse reactions, which was a significant relief.Although we passed on beverages during our visit, I was slightly disappointed by the lack of loose-leaf tea, as only tea bags were available. Nonetheless, the organic tea options looked promising, leaving room for a potential try on our next visit. While the prices leaned towards the higher side, the quality of the pies more than justified it. Without hesitation, we agreed that we would happily make a detour to pick up more of these delightful treats on our future drives through the area.Dietary restrictions: Two GF flavor options
