Dropped into La Popular in Claremont on a Saturday afternoon with no plans and honestly no real expectations after checking out the menu posted outside. What got us through the door was seeing chicharrones and guacamole on the menu.

My 1st time here my bestie brought me here to celebrate my birthday and our servers Fernando and Brian became our besties they were amazing very attentive professional and welcoming unlike the manager very negative attitude like if I would’ve brought my service dog here he would’ve barked at his ass! Needless to say the good and the service opting out the manager was spectacular!! Love you Brian and Ferns!!! I’ll be back for my G4 😘
Compliments to the chef and actually everyone who works at this restaurant. La Popular is SO DELICIOUS that I’m actually a little sad that I’m no longer tasting their delicious ribeye taco right now.
