This place is really cute, I got some of the candy you can pick yourself, it looked really good. But when I went to eat it, it was hard as a rock!! Not worth the 9$, I don’t know how long that candy was sitting there, probably for months. The gummy candy not too bad still hard, but the taffy was horrible, almost broke my teeth, felt like I wasted my money.

Their vegan sandwich is SO delicious! Lots of avocado and grilled veggies. I always order sandwich platters for events. It’s super easy and Corey is very accommodating and fast! Love this place so much

Sweetethans was a delightful surprise on our trip to Claremont. I looked for interesting things to do in the area, and I came across this sweets store online, where users had said (years ago) that there was a vegan candy section. Unfortunately, there was not. The young person behind the counter was extremely helpful in pointing out what (limited) options were available. Even though the space is small, it has charm and a decent volume of options. The issue is that the products all seemed old. My partner's Willy Wonka chocolate bar appeared to be already opened. My Glonuts were very moldy once I opened them. Even the Cheerwine soda I bought had a stale taste to it. (I've had a lot of them, so I know how it should taste.) So, while the physical store and its cashier were great, I can't recommend this place for safety's sake. A complete waste of money, sadly.

It's a cute little mom and pop shop like a lot of others in the village, they have a nice vibe and lots of very fun things to eat.

Filling deli sandwiches. Local as well as novel candy(they have Wonka bars and Dubai chocolate) We have had the roast beef and turkey sandwiches on rolls and it is great value for the money!

Good quality food in affordable price (compared to other Claremont prices). Will recommend their Dubai Acai Bowl 💯. The small one is $5.95 and worth every penny!! The crepes are also under $10 which is really nice compared to other Claremont cafes.

Wow, what a nice culinary experience!
When I first walked in, i thought it was just a candy store until i looked at the menu. We had Santorini and Chicken Licken sandwiches. The pesto is so yummy and blends well with ingredients. The chicken is NOT the thin processed frozen junk, it's thick slices of nicely seasoned chicken with all the fixings on a sourdough roll. Well thought out creations. Very generous for the price!
Then we had the Dubai chocolate strawberry, creamy pistachio with crunchy kataifi in a cup. Yikes, it's a guilty gem! Again, nice combo of ingredients.
Good service and quiet seating in the back.
A definite recommendation 👌

Great sandwiches! I had the Italian Stallion, while my wife loved the Very Vegan, both stacked with ingredients.

It is a fun and whimsical candy cafe. sandwiches are amazing, the bread is perfectly baked. huge variety and selection of candy. The candy drinks are so good, i had the Nerd’s drink and it tasted like liquified Nerds. Will come back again soon!

Terrible location. The workers didn’t know how to make crepes. We saw them making the crepes and the batter was chunky. The food here made us sick shortly after we ate. Sandwiches were ok but also made us sick.
