Placed an order for pickup at opening time and they had nothing ready, just open at 6 if you don’t have the proper staffing.
I went here with my grandma , placed a order of a drink and 2 cake pops I ate the cake pop It was discussing my grandma thought it was too and then they didn’t call my grandmas order it was ready a long time ago and this disappointing that this time we wasted was terrible thanks for wasting our time

Usually love this place. Today, though, at 9 am i went. Ordered an ice blended dark chocolate. The first time, the color was extremely light in color and tasted like milk. Returned it and asked if it could be fixed. Got it back again with no coffee despite saying I ordered it with coffee, but the color was slightly darker. The drink was still wrong, but at that point they had more people come and scoffed when they saw me go back up, so I returned back to my seat. Very disappointing.

Out of all the coffee beans this one smells so bad and is very dirty and everyone is rude except the manager. Very slow, bad customer service and not friendly at all do not recommend this coffee beans.

Coffee's always great there. Service is the best.
Everyone at this Coffee Bean was SO NICE. It was like walking into an imaginary world. Jackie took my order and encouraged me to use my app. She was the best! Then Marlene who made my drinks helped me get a carrrier and apologized for the wait—THERE WAS NO WAIT. I asked for the other names to write this review and Alyssa (sp?) who made my matcha was super nice too. THANK YOU
Their drinks need more flavor and the employees need to go through some customer service training
