Out of all the coffee beans this one smells so bad and is very dirty and everyone is rude except the manager. Very slow, bad customer service and not friendly at all do not recommend this coffee beans.

Everyone at this Coffee Bean was SO NICE. It was like walking into an imaginary world. Jackie took my order and encouraged me to use my app. She was the best! Then Marlene who made my drinks helped me get a carrrier and apologized for the wait—THERE WAS NO WAIT. I asked for the other names to write this review and Alyssa (sp?) who made my matcha was super nice too. THANK YOU

I WENT HERE TO TRY THE VIRAL TICK TOK DRY CARMEL AMERICANO . MY CO WORKER HAD ORDERED US ONE A COUPLE WEEKS BACK AND I LOVED IT. SO I HAD TO VISIT HERE ON MY OWN. INCE AGAIN THEY DID NOT DISSAPOINT. ANOTHER VICTORY FOR THE COFFEE BEAN. THIS IS LITERALLY MY NEW FAVORITE COFFEE DRINK. BETTER THAN STARBUCKS. STRONGER MORE FLAVORFUL COFFEE. AND CHEAPER MIGHT I ADD. SERVICE WAS GREAT THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I MEANT WHEN I SAID THE VIRAL TIC TOK DRINK. GOING BACK FOR SURE. FOR THE SAME DRINK 32OZ

I recently visited The Coffee Bean and had an absolutely fantastic experience, thanks to the wonderful team, especially Nataly and Andrew. Their exceptional service and warm hospitality made my visit truly memorable.

The beverages here are top-notch! I asked Nataly to surprise me with a drink, and it was perfectly balanced—smooth, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness. My friend asked her to also surprise her, and it was refreshing and delicious. The quality and consistency of their drinks are impressive.

Nataly and Andrew went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our visit enjoyable. Their positive energy and professionalism really stood out!

The café was spotless—tables were wiped down, floors were clean, and the overall ambiance was cozy and inviting. It’s clear that the team takes pride in maintaining a welcoming environment.

Whether you're catching up with friends or getting some work done, The Coffee Bean provides the perfect setting. The music was at a comfortable volume, and the seating was comfortable. I come here to do homework all the time.

Overall, I highly recommend The Coffee Bean, especially if you get the chance to be served by Nataly and Andrew. Their dedication to great service, combined with high-quality drinks and a clean space, makes this location a standout. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

The worst store ever, very dirty and ugly. Not only the presentation is bad but the drinks specifically the espresso taste burnt. The shots expire and I watch the baristas make the drink. Multiple times I tell me don’t let the shots expire and they don’t care. Very slow and overall have no knowledge on how to perfect a good shot of espresso. It so unfair when I’m paying for a $8 coffee drink and it taste so bad. Never coming here again.
