Usually love this place. Today, though, at 9 am i went. Ordered an ice blended dark chocolate. The first time, the color was extremely light in color and tasted like milk. Returned it and asked if it could be fixed. Got it back again with no coffee despite saying I ordered it with coffee, but the color was slightly darker. The drink was still wrong, but at that point they had more people come and scoffed when they saw me go back up, so I returned back to my seat. Very disappointing.

Everyone at this Coffee Bean was SO NICE. It was like walking into an imaginary world. Jackie took my order and encouraged me to use my app. She was the best! Then Marlene who made my drinks helped me get a carrrier and apologized for the wait—THERE WAS NO WAIT. I asked for the other names to write this review and Alyssa (sp?) who made my matcha was super nice too. THANK YOU

I WENT HERE TO TRY THE VIRAL TICK TOK DRY CARMEL AMERICANO . MY CO WORKER HAD ORDERED US ONE A COUPLE WEEKS BACK AND I LOVED IT. SO I HAD TO VISIT HERE ON MY OWN. INCE AGAIN THEY DID NOT DISSAPOINT. ANOTHER VICTORY FOR THE COFFEE BEAN. THIS IS LITERALLY MY NEW FAVORITE COFFEE DRINK. BETTER THAN STARBUCKS. STRONGER MORE FLAVORFUL COFFEE. AND CHEAPER MIGHT I ADD.
