I really love this location because of the courtyard in the back. However, it's getting really difficult to keep coming back. The prices have skyrocketed and the store is often dirty and out of stock yogurts and toppigs. Last night we paid nearly $20 for 2 modest size yogurts and the store was highly unkempt.

A lot of the flavors are usually out, and it usually feels short staffed. But we still love to take our kids because we can control the quantity they purchase. And it's always fun to see what new flavors they have.

Most expensive yogurt land I've ever been to.
Most expensive yogurt land I've ever been to.
I took my 5 year old for her birthday & she was so excited to get there the yogurt was great but the customer service was horrible, it was a young girl, one of the bottles of chamoy was not coming out I asked her if there was a way of maybe fixing it so I can pour it on my yogurt cup and she denied on being able to fix it.. I even asked if maybe there was a tooth pick or something to poke it with and she rudely said no ... I was very disappointed.. definitely not a way of customer service and I felt so regretful bringing my 5 year old here for her birthday..

I visited this yogurt land while thrifting. The service was OK while I was grabbing my yogurt. I sat at a table in the corner and when I went up to the counter to ask for a lid, the two employees were sitting at a table and showing each other memes. I had to stand at the counter for three minutes before one of them got up to go back behind the counter and ask me what I needed. Honestly though, that’s not a big deal. Where it became a big deal is when I accidentally left my purse in the store. This was my fault, I understand that. When I got home and realized I didn’t have my purse with me I called the store and they told me they would look for it and call me back. After twenty minutes or so passed and no call, I decided to drive down to the store myself. After driving down and walking to the store I entered and went to the table that I had been sitting at. There was my purse, on the floor in the corner. I was pretty upset, as they clearly hadn’t even looked for it. In the forty minutes or so that had passed from the phone call, someone could have take. It. I understand it’s my fault for leaving it there but really??? Why even tell me you would look for it if you’re not going to??? So upset about the customer service.

Great place to get a froyo on a hot day. There are plenty of flavors to choose from. They offer taste test cups along with many toppings to choose from. They also have a rewards program.

By far the worst yogurtland. Every time I come, they are always out of stock of almost every flavor. Yesterday I tried to get 1 flavor and it was so runny and nothing was coming out. I have an awful experience every time. I think I’ve had 1 or 2 successful trips and I have given many chances. So sad to say but such a waste of my time. And if you are going to run out of flavors at 9 then don’t keep your store open till 10:30pm. Either have enough supplies or close early.
It's delicious but I think they should charge per base since some are bigger than others, for example 5.49 for the small one and 7.80 for the large one, regardless of how much they hold.
