You'd think that a shop that only makes ONE thing would do it well. All they have to do is make a sandwich, that's all. We ordered 2 foot longs using the app, a chicken and a beef:The foot long bun is skinnier than a normal bun. Cheap.The buns weren't sliced down the middle evenly, an uncut end was left whole on each end. CheapThe little amount of meat was only spread across the middle of the bread, not even to the uncut ends. CheapThe spreading sauce was none to gone. Cheap.Tooooo many peppers. Filler.The sandwiches were not cut in half evenly so one person (me) got the smaller "1/2". Cheat.The toasted bread was so old and stale and crumbled everywhere with every bite. Cheap, cheap,cheap!Not sure if the location up on Clayton Road makes them better but at the cost these were definitely nor worth it to find out.On a positive note, they were ready at the request time.Thanks a lot.

The sign says it opens at 7:00 a.m. Its currently 7:37 and the place is closed? Is there somewhere to report this? The lady that opens always does this. Just decides her own starting time.

One star for the abhorrent customer service here, I generally do not care about people outwardly hating their food service jobs because I have BEEN there, but lord... the older tía you guys got working night shifts is mean as hell. Why you mad at me for ordering a sandwich at subway? I'm trying to get out of here as fast as I can to get out of your hair. Came in at 6pm and half the lights were off and most of the food was already put away like they were closing, was met with an absolutely SEARING look from this woman behind the counter who was not happy I was there. Was given the saddest amount of tuna on my tuna footlong and like three of each vegetable. I'd say maybe she was having a bad day by the way she kept interrupting me when I was giving her my order, but the other reviews here suggest she is having a bad one perpetually. Bummer.

I stopped going to the subway on Clayton road because of the rudeness. Woah was I wrong!!!! This one is far worse. Horrible service with a matching attitude. I'll take my sandwich cravings to Mr. pickles where I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and polite customer service.
Ordered on the app for pickup. Arrived EXACTLY when it was said that it was ready. The lady rudely told me I had the wrong store and to go away! I showed her my phone and the receipt. She said it was already picked up. I stood there and asked what I should do because obviously I didn't pick it up! She argued with a worker who was sitting down eating and then angrily made my sandwich and tossed it to me. SUPER RUDE! Like unbelievably rude. Terrible customer service! Do not go here, ever! Crazy!

Only place out of 5 other Subways i have gone to in the ara that does not accept cupons and no signage indicating this. Went to pay and older lady working there refused to accept or explain why they would not honor coupons.

NO STARS! I go here because it's of course .5 miles from my house. I put in an online order @ approximately 1:40p to be picked up at 3:00 pm. I walk in at 2:50 pm sandwiches weren't ready or even being made. No one in the line and two workers. Short story. Sandwiches weren't made. And no apology. Sucks that this was the 2 time it's happened. Next time, I'm not ordering online. I guess I will have to go in and just be an a*******
