Order artisan Italian sandwich was good, but it did not get 50% more meat that I paid for

Get home and disappointed and had too pull out cheese and add my home cheese tossing the other away, just not a fan of it.
Subway get a chart so you know what type of cheeses look like.
Why are they more expensive at this location???
