We've had there breakfasts and there lunch and dinner.all the food has been great.Tonite my husband had me call and ordered a pasta dish,then 10 minutes later asked me to call and charge his order to ribs.They changed the order for me. Now isn't that nice.”

“The food here is excellent. They probably have the best sushi within 40 miles.
I usually get take-out because the atmosphere is not good.
The place needs some modernization and at least clean, and upgrade the fish tank.
I would give the atmosphere only one star if it were not for the lake view.”

“Can u Please tell Alvarez restaurant in Hidden valley Lake that the service was wonderful~ I wanted cold tea but didn’t have so she made warm tea & added ice! Tasted so good~wow~ the portions of food was so big I’m still eating my burrito & still have 1/2 left!! When menu says ‘Super size’ they mean it! Excellent👍😋”

“The Cabo's Phat Cheese burger is the best burger in town. The meat is hand pressed, seasoned and about 4 inches across with shredded Mexican cheeses melted over it. I add Avocado and Bacon to top it off. You will not be sorry for choosing a hamburger at this restaurant...”

“I’m hesitant to write a review because I don’t want anyone else to discover how good this place is! This was honestly the best authentic Mexican street food I’ve had in Northern California. The restaurant itself is located in the back of a residential neighborhood garage. The inside looks like a mini restaurant with industrial grade kitchen appliances and a few restaurant style tables with chairs. We ordered 6 tacos and a gringas (pictured) and the total was $26. The food was extremely good. They also had homemade salsas of various spices. It is absolutely worth the visit if you’re passing by Clearlake!

Parking: It’s in a residential neighborhood so parking can sometimes be tricky”

“I always get my favorite carna sada tostada with side of rice & beans if really hungry,or just tostada. Always pretty yummy. Ordered tacos few times and got chicken by mistake, and they never say sorry or refund that's my only issue,but it's one my favorite Mexican places. Everyone makes a mistake now& then?”
