“First restaurant I dined at after moving to Cloverdale 8 years ago. I was not disappointed to say the least! I do not throw compliments out like this slightly. I have worked in the industry in fine dining Michelin starred restaurants, and have a Son who is a Michelin starred Chef. Jose is a master chef IMO. I have never had a bad meal here. I love the food and the family atmosphere. Thank you Jose & Mary for your dedication to excellent service and food. 🫶🏻”

“The restaurant is a hole in the wall, shares the parking area w the gas station. I was skeptical but all the review raving about the place was not wrong. Fried tofu was perfect toasted, firecracker shrimp was so delicious! And the veggies it laid on amazing. We also ordered a seafood plate and chicken basil. Everything was perfectly cooked. The flavors spot on. The owner was super nice, she said they have been there for 11 years.”

“We heard about this place when they had a tent at the Baconfest in Kelseyville. We decided to stop for lunch on our way home from Santa Rosa, and we can’t wait to come back. The Porky’s Revenge burger was delicious, as per my husband. The Buffalo chicken wrap was the bomb and the fries were perfection.”

“Travelling from Canada to the Monterey Peninsula and were fortunate to have dinner at Flavia's. It was a very hot night and we were hungry. What luck! We were greeted warmly, provided menus then assisted patiently in making our order The food was amazing and the portions were more than large. We ordered a Quesadilla to share and I had the enchiladas while my girl had Chile Rellenos. The Quesadilla was enormous and delicious as were each of the other parts of our meal. The server checked with us occassionally with friendly conversation and genuine interest. We marvelled at how hard he was working and recognized the pride he had in the restaurant . This was among the many highlights from our trip. Thank you!”

“Stopped by Zinis’s Diner in Cloverdale and was reminded why local spots like this are so special. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly, welcoming staff and seated right away.

I had an unexpected phone call just as I sat down, and Stephanie, the host, was incredibly kind and professional. She gave me the time I needed and returned a few minutes later without any pressure—something that isn’t always easy for servers when timing matters. Her patience and professionalism truly stood out.

She recommended the smoked bacon Eggs Benedict, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly prepared and full of flavor.

“Cozy local spot(with locations in Cloverdale and Healdsburg. I've only been to the Cloverdale one at the time of writing). Friendly staff, yummy pastries with many a new selection, and the most extensive hot tea menu I have ever seen. I wish they had more than two or three iced tea options and some more food options with eggs, but other than that, I really love it. :)”

“Great experience! Kind, courteous staff offered special pizzas for our large group. They also allowed us to decorate for the celebration!
Temperature inside was quite warm, which made the visit a little difficult to fully enjoy... and the pool sticks were broken, with no chalk to use. So playing pool wasn't a breeze... but other games were good!

“I'm a local, so I go here pretty regularly and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. I even bring my dog with me every time and they are very helpful and accommodating if you bring your pet with you. They know my name and also my dogs, they know what we like to order. I always get him a pup cup (if you don't know what that is it's just a small cup of whipped cream), which is automatically added to my order as soon as they realize who I am. My order has always been correct and I've never had any issues with the quality of the of my order. So between the great customer service and the personalized experience coupled with never screwing up my order I can't not give them a five-star rating because they've only given me five star service. So if you're in the area of Cloverdale California and you're looking for a Starbucks to go to and have a great experience then I recommend going to them because they will deliver.”
