Bill Gordon is among the best people and the best winemakers we have ever met. We have been around the world pursuing good wine and this is as good as it gets. His wines rival bottles that are quadruple the price. They are balanced while still being exciting and full of character and the value is unreal. Visiting his tasting room is like sitting down with a good friend and we cannot wait to get back. This is one you shouldn't miss.
Like many, I have been on many winery tours and tastings over the years. The time we spent with William was peerless in comparison. It was so great to spend time with farmer, winemaker, and business owner and hear so many insights that I had never heard in the past - and the wine is excellent. I cannot recommend a visit to William Gordon, and I will certainly plan on coming again sometime!

Absolutely an amazing experience and best way to start off our week in the Alexander Valley. We weren't sure whether William's wines and hospitality was normal for the region so we waited until our week's journey concluded before writing this review. William Gordon was by far superior to any other establishments we visited this week and that includes both high end and local mom and pop vineyards. This has to be on your bucket list of experiences when you visit the region!
