Meltdown Bistro food truck

Visited here at lunch time on a Sunday. We ordered the birria grilled cheese, the sliders, the crinkle fries, and the raspberry sweet tea. We walked over to Ampersand while waiting, the total wait time was 25 minutes, so not bad. The birria grilled cheese was delicious, it was great that it was served with consome. The crinkle cut fries were good, but I wasn’t a fan of the sliders. The raspberry sweet tea was very yummy, it is sweet though so if you normally like plain tea then this is not for you. Overall, I will be back again for the birria grilled cheese, it’s big enough to share.
