Horrible experience I had great experiences in the past at their sno cafe truck. However, I went in for the first time just to not be greeted and ignored the entire time by a young Caucasian girl with blonde hair who was taking orders. She greeted me by saying what do you want in a very rude tone after standing in line for a while waiting for her to acknowledge me. She was very incompetent the entire time and didn’t even offer me the rewards stamp card as I watched everyone behind me receive one. The first and last time going here, I will not spend my money where the customer service is very biased. The snow cone was not quality like, don’t recommend getting the Georgia Sunset.

We checked out this Sno Cafe at SE corner of Willow and Nees. First flavor that we tried was Horchata. The shaved ice was smooth like snow. Better than most shaved ice that we have ever had.
