Young woman who waited on me was exceptionally nice. Very nice to see nowadays.
My drink was made perfect which was also nice to see nowadays. Not saying this location BUT 7/10 times they make it wrong.
My grandaughter enjoyed her drink also.

However, there are significant complaints. One order was completely wrong—a cinnamon dolce latte came with 3 pumps of classic syrup instead of cinnamon dolce syrup and had whip despite requesting no whip. Another customer experienced very long waits, with a venti cafe Americano with almond milk and a bacon sandwich arriving over 10 minutes after a venti pike’s coffee and croissant sandwich. The customer noted at least 10 orders were processed while waiting, and the sandwich got cold. A Michele lady is described as very rude often to staff, always in a bad mood, which is upsetting to see. The overall pattern suggests that customers who come in to place an order should be prepared to wait.
