“This store is always cleaning up Ashlan and willows mess for me. I don’t complain much, if at all. But today I finally had it. I buy drinks from DUTCH DAILY. Another wrong drink. Probably the fourth time this week. I got to talking to Aiden(sorry if I got it wrong) and he was awesome and understanding. I normally just reorder and pay for the drink, but he didn’t agree with how I do that. He offered to have my drink remade, and they got it to me practically within a couple of minutes. From being irritated and telling my wife I’m never getting Dutch bros to them winning me back as a customer is what true customer service is about. Make that man a manager please“

“Fun atmosphere and helpful service. They got a rush and took a while, but we're so sweet about it. We ordered the refreshing PomPom, Salted Carmel Machiato, and a floral tasting Insantea. The Cheesy Coin with sausage was a great combination of a tad sweet with a mild spice sausage. Amazing!!!“

“Bad reviews written on off a single visit are hilarious. There's no way that you could really understand a business's average performance from one visit. I come here everyday during the work week. The Barista's remember my name, drink and what time I usually come by. Very nice staff, and usually pretty quick even if there's a line.“

“The app says for mobile order pickup on the curbside pickup spot, which I did. But after waiting for 10 minutes no one showed up. So instead I went in the drive-thru and they already had my drinks already done? They should improve their wording on the app to make it a seamless experience.“

“Young woman who waited on me was exceptionally nice. Very nice to see nowadays. My drink was made perfect which was also nice to see nowadays. Not saying this location BUT 7/10 times they make it wrong. My grandaughter enjoyed her drink also.“
“I love the staffs here. They are the only place that willing to accommodate me without giving me attitude. My order is not even that hard especially just a ice coffee and not alot of cream because I dont like my coffee too creamy. “First time visiting in Arlington Texas. We came on a Sunday after church. We waited about 30 mins which was ok considering. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. Kyleigh was our server and she has an amazing spirit ❤️. Very kind hearted and sweet. She offered very good suggestions. I'm from Louisiana and wanted to try this place. It states that it is southern cooking with a California twist. Although the food was very delicious, I'd have to say I tasted more California than anything. Hey, that's not a bad thing though. I'm always interested in trying different twist on southern style/Cajun styles. Overall, we enjoyed it and we'll bring the rest of the family. Great food and atmosphere. Thanks again Kyleigh!! Hope you will serve us again.“

“Despite what other reviews say, this Starbucks is consistently excellent. Even during the busiest times, my order is always accurate and made perfectly. The whole team is great, but Mason and Norma truly stand out — they go above and beyond every single visit. I’m here regularly, and they even have my drink memorized! Their friendliness and attention to detail make every stop here a genuinely pleasant experience. This location is easily the best in the area — by far the most consistent and well-run Starbucks around.“
