Had to stop to eat lunch and happened to find this place .. lines are long but go fast ! Bríscate chile is amazing !! So much meat! Cheddar brisket sandwich is really good too!
Great Harris Ranch BBQ with quick 'fast food' service. Atmosphere is also gas station fast food as well. The brisket rocked.
The food…OMG!!! Brisket was a touch too dry for my liking, the beef tips was TANGY but good, the pulled pork was a little dry too, BUT their Mac/Cheese, I want to steal their recipe. WARNING: the Mac/cheese has some spices in it, I loved it, I must have sweated off about 10lbs. Service was phenomenal even with the construction to expand their restaurant. The atmosphere was good, once again, despite the construction.
