When I go to an establishment, whether it be to shop, eat, or just look around, a combination of factor contributes to my experience, good or bad. This might just be my favourite barbecue I've ever had. The brisket was amazing and way better than the brisket I've had in Texas. The staff are friendly and trying their best. The only thing I'd say is that it can take a while to get your food and the line moves slowly, but that's not necessarily their fault as there are lots people in the place. Overall a fantastic place to stop on your central California road trip.

excellent barbecue brisket, full flavor, plastic fork tender, solid bark, great pink smoke line; hearty portions, well marbled cut! ?sauces were delicious! original with a hint of smoke, sweet with extra molasses, and spicy with a nice kick at the end. i tried all three, paired great with the meatclassic sides available but i chose the seasonal sweet potato l, tasty and filling ?
