“My family and I were up at Bass Lake for a fishing derby and were looking for somewhere to eat. My daughter has tons of allergies so we were looking for somewhere that we can all eat. We found Me and Ed’s Pizza and figured she can get the wings. Unfortunately, they cooked their wings in soy oil so she was not able to do that, however, they were very accommodating and helped find something that we can all eat. My daughter and I got the Italiano made with cauliflower and no cheese and let me tell you it was amazing! Per my daughter’s words, it tasted like heaven. We were surprised how much flavor it had. We can’t wait to go back next year, since we are not close to any.“
