We've eaten at the Columbia hotel restaurant numerous times. Under new management since we were here last, they did not disappoint! I love when a server can take the orders without writing anything down! The fried Brussel sprouts appetizer was ADDICTIVE!! Had a GREAT dinner here Saturday night. Food was delicious and served in large portions! We ordered three appetizers and were too full for our entrée. Fried Brussel sprouts were the best I’ve ever had short rib fries came with a ridiculously large amount of meat on them wonderful service by Nick who was super attentive while also attending to a party of 25 and the other room. Will definitely be back again.
