Joselyn suggested chicken....good portion and tender. Half salad half rice for extra $1 worth it. This is the closest non fast food at citadel. Will take 10 to 15 min bc it is cooked fresh. Love the jalapeno
The Bulgarian Chicken Kabob plate was delicious. The chicken was crunchy but not too dry, and the buttered rice was very tasty. The pita bread was sooooo yummy. Soft and chewy, paired perfectly with the hummus. The jalapeno was suuuper spicy though. For a food court stall though, pretty good! Can’t speak for other dishes on the menu.

Delicious and healthy!
This is the only place in the Citadel Outlets food court that offers truly healthy food — not fast food. Everything is fresh and flavorful, and definitely worth the 10–15 minute wait. If you want sauce with your dish, just ask and they’ll gladly give it to you. Highly recommended!
