The tempora shrimp are my absolute favorite. I hope they stay on the menu forever. The Boba drinks are another favorite.
Made an online order, when I arrived I find the food is next to their sanitizing bucket, which is a big issue.
Cashier was very helpful and offer great customer service.

Some experiences have been disappointing, with issues such as a lack of chicken, long wait times, inedible beef with impurities, and missing veggie sides. It is recommended to check orders. The food is a little expensive, so it is best to use coupons. Note that the grill is cleaned early, so udon noodles may not be available close to closing time.
