It was mediocre. It has been years since I had it.Nothing to complain about but not mind blowing. There are better fast food burgers.

Once again this location is trying to hold their customers up at the first window. They are trying to fake the system on how fast they can expedite their orders but not letting the clock actually start until you get to the second window. It's unprofessional. Corporate and the store manager need to put a stop to this kind of service. You hold up the line, making us pay after the food is done. This is actually making are orders not as hot. Super disappointing. If the Manager is allowing this then shame on you.

Trying to get a root beer float was almost impossible. I could not wait another 10 minutes for them to handle one drive thru customer at a time. Either these workers aren’t paid enough or a lack of workers. Don’t come here

Every time I ask for mustard. I have not gotten it once. I'm talking over ten times--drive thru, doordash, grubhub. No matter what they won't give me mustard. Its weird. They gave me over ten packets of ketchup instead. What am I going to do with ten packets of ketchup? I don't even eat my hot dog because I don't want a hot dog doused in ketchup. So its a waste of money for me to keep coming here. And the food is not good, otherwise I could eat it without mustard.

The manager had two buckets probaly from the restrooms or somewhere then stets them down to fidget with my food..wanted to administer corporal punishment..but i had to refund my food...
absolutely not! every time i go there the workers have me wait in the back to pull forward to make it seem like they are moving fast when it reality i'm waiting 10 mins MINIMUM. last time i was here the girl working there had me wait almost 25 mins, finally i pulled up after being tired of waiting before she gave me the signal i could move forward and she got pissed because she was trying to prepare every order then have everyone come through at the same time to make it appear as she was moving fast, my food was cold and my milkshake was already melted. fix this issue

Late night through A&W Drive through. Got The best tasting root beer, two piece, two juicy chicken thighs. One original and one crispy with a soft Biscuit. Got a really tasty chicken pot pie. They had a little trouble remembering what we ordered, so we reapeted it. 5 cars ahead of us, but it wasn't two long. They gave us everything in a bag but no butter or honey?. Went home and ate well.

Went there last night a little after 9 pm and ordered 2 root beer floats. The lady on the speaker said “first window” we pulled up to the first window but it looked like the window hadn’t been used in used since it was being used for storage. We obviously pulled up to the second window and the lady yelled at us and said “I said the first window” very rudely. Confused my husband backed up and we waited by the “first window” only to be called a few mins later to the second window. The only thing I can think of is that they are on a timer from the moment a customer orders to the min the food is delivered. They are obviously super slow and are not as fast as they portray to be to the management team. We also has similar instances when we would order or food and were told to pull up past the restaurant and our food will get delivered to us. The last time that happen to us, our food was delivered 10 mins later so obviously it takes them a long time to make and deliver food but I’m sure on their timer it shows super fast service. After last nights interaction with the worker, we don’t plan on going back. Not only was she rude to us and didn’t provide any type of decent customer service but our root beer floats didn’t taste that great.
