I went to the restaurant and I was waiting in line with no one in front of me and got served 5 minutes later. Workers are very lazy and barely give u any food with your meal. There products are very poor and they don’t taste good. The food is terribly seasoned and their products are the worst thing ever. I would give 0 stars across the board if I could. DO NOT EAT HERE!

So you can't take your eyes off the workers making your food or you won't get what you wanted. It's just a fact of life at chipotle, so they do a good job if you watch them. That being said they were closed yesterday with no information given which is annoying so they get four stars. But this is a minimum wage paying job, you can't expect 5 out of 5 stars, and like I said watch them the entire time make your food so you get what you want exactly.

I got a bowl with Carne asada. That was mostly fat rubbery meat. I think 3 pieces taste of real meat. It was absolutely horrible. My first and last time!

This is the closest Chipotle location so I gave them a few more chances than I normally would. The worst part about this place is the portion. I usually eat half of a burrito bowl (I always get same options) and eat the other half for my next meal. At this place, I can finish the entire bowl and still feel hungry. Today, we got a burrito bowl with carne asada, a bag of chips and queso blanco. The employee didn’t even feel up the tiny cheese container (it was about 70% full) and the chips were very stale. I always thought the chipotle chips are the best (fresh with great seasonings) but it obviously doesn’t taste good if it’s stale. Also, the bag was not even half full (medium chips). though this is the closest location, I will never go back.

The employees like to close early, and don’t shut off the online ordering. So you place an order, pay, drive there, and they tell you they are closing in an hour so put everything away already. So after wasting twenty minutes driving you get to call customer service and spend 15 minutes getting a refund. Then the customer service reps say they can’t offer anything to make amends for the issue they created. Finally the customer service reps offer a soda. Pretty poor customer service. I guess I won’t be buying $11 burritos for my family there anymore once a week. Way to go guys. “Nailed it”!

I’ve been here several times past 7 and they never have chips or they run out before 8:30. Really nice staff that looks incredibly overworked. Corporate needs to do better with projections and helping them succeed.

I'm never disappointed when I go to Chipotle, far as the food is concerned. My favorite is the Carne Asada Burrito. My only issue is when I have to always remind the staff to change their gloves between serving. It makes sense, especially if you're wiping down the counters or touching other places in the kitchen. The ambiance is always pretty cool.
