I'm never disappointed when I go to Chipotle, far as the food is concerned. My favorite is the Carne Asada Burrito. My only issue is when I have to always remind the staff to change their gloves between serving. It makes sense, especially if you're wiping down the counters or touching other places in the kitchen. The ambiance is always pretty cool.
I had a good experience food wise at this Chipotle yesterday. The guy making the burritos (it said his name was Ricardo on the receipt, but I don't know if that was actually him), made my burrito with care, it was tightly wrapped, and tasted good. I also got the kids quesadilla meal. There is some inconsistencies with this, because when we went to the one in Concord on Salvio we it 3-4 sides with the quesadilla, but here they said I could only get 2. So you can't take your eyes off the workers making your food or you won't get what you wanted. It's just a fact of life at chipotle, so they do a good job if you watch them. That being said they were closed yesterday with no information given which is annoying so they get four stars. But this is a minimum wage paying job, you can't expect 5 out of 5 stars, and like I said watch them the entire time make your food so you get what you want exactly.
