Despite having a reservation, it took us about 10min to be seated. Service was slow. Lots of kids parties going around. Restroom and ticket store not so clean. They could have more staff around
Such a great place for kids! Servers in restaurant are great. SerVICE however is beyond poor. I had to get up 3 times to find my server. They leave so much money on the table by not being better able to manage basic service. Seems unnecessary.

better to visit on a weekday. the volume on a saturday afternoon was defining, we couldn’t hear each other even at a scream and there were so many kids there it was hard to get a seat at the gamesKid-friendliness: it’s most definitely a great place for kids, but very, very crowded.
