Please, get real ice cream for the milk shakes. Our daughter is 9 yrs old and she didn't even like it so instead of throwing it away, we gave it to a homeless guy.

Newer store, entrance directions are confusing. Service and drinks were wonderful

The signage to get in was confusing. The first sign clearly says “NO” but that entrance worked fine when I made a 2nd pass. The next sign points to keep going straight, but there was no other sign to turn. I _think_ they want folks to turn at the Bailey light and come in the back during the rush. Please don’t suggest I share this with the Customer Experience Team; I don’t need any more work. Just fix the signs.

Man too many employees and none of them knows what to do? We were waiting more than 20min in the drive-through ?? and still waiting ???

They always mess up my order and on top of that, I order a rebel with light ice, and half of the cup is empty - but still has a lot of ice. I feel that if I pay for a large drink no matter how much ice I ask for it should still be full. Almost ten bucks for a drink on top of that I always tip.

Everytime I go to Dutch bros I want to try a new drink however I always get the vanilla chai latte with oat milk ???
The amount of cars queued in the parking lot all over the place and blocking entrance to Taco Bell's drive thru is frustrating. What was anything thinking?? It's not a good location with too much congestion at times getting in and out. I was there today at 11am, and there were too many cars in too little of a space.

The only downside is that it's very busy and it seems to be very busy consistently but they're very popular and new that shouldn't last forever eventually it will be slower. They've now just added ordering ahead which is super helpful so do the smart thing and order ahead of time and then go pick up in window to avoid drive thru line think of them as like in-n-out everyone knows it's faster to get out of your car and not go through the drive-thru
