30 mins in line for some $9 drinkers each is rude like literally u need to stop moving slow jus bc ur busy and don’t want to work!!!!!! You have two lines and trap the customers for an hour so they can’t leave back up nothing just sit and wait an hour because all the kids working in the back have to do their homework. This is literally sad I think the managers have a learning prob of maybe slow bc this just made me angry

This is my favorite coffee. Delicious! Service is good. However, there is a long line at the walk-up window and the long drive-through line is snaking through the parking lot at almost every hour of the day.

The experience was very unpleasant. There were no signs indicating where the line began, so as a first time customer I accidentally lined up in the wrong place. Other drivers honked, and one man even got out of his car to rudely tell me the line went around the curb. An employee also asked us to move, which felt unfair since nothing was clearly marked. Management should fix this issue to prevent confusion for others.
