My first Dutch Brothers since Grant's Pass. So glad I found this Dutch Brothers that's worth the drive. Basically very tired of Starbucks and Peets. This is now my new local coffee shop but will still get a D.B. coffee in Grant's Pass when we visit my sister. Nice to see a clean location with no homeless crowding the exits.

Grated place they just make you wait alot even with the online order. I do understand they are many order just updated the waiting time when you do the orders because they always make you wait more time then the one they tell you they need or just go 20 minutes after ordering

WORST SERVICE EVER will not be coming here again. If you need a fast drink please go to a different location not worth the time I was in that line for an hour and I couldn’t get out so I had to wait also I needed the caffeine desperately I was on a long road trip and this set me back way two long added more hours to my route and the employees kept skipping over us and going to different cars I would not come here again.

Wow, my first time here and I'm impressed 🙂☕️...ordered a Cocomo from the gentleman with the tablet in line, got a bit confused about the 2 lines... got to the window, smiled at the super nice guy and told him it was my first time here...he asked what my dogs name was, I said Cocoa, and he said they make the best pup cups...🐶...handed one to us with a dog biscuit in it, a Cocomo for Cocoa's mom he said 😋...handed me my drink and told me it's on the house today, enjoy!

Thr wait is crazy long to get your drink... some times 15~20min wait just for two drinks... great drink otherwise.
Drinks weren’t ready when I arrived despite ordering ahead in the app. The drive-thru line is always long and often blocks others and causes traffic. Drinks were just average.

Wait is crazy no one taking orders you just sit in line waiting in ur car till ur almost at the window so then u have to sit at the window forever while they try to catch up on drinks.
