Love the lengua! Owner is very friendly when he's present..however today he wasn't out in the dining room and it was noticable. Dirty dishes were never cleaned even when we asked for coffee after eating. Ended up just putting them on table next to us so I didn't have to hover my arms. Front door is broken and the chime wouldn't stop going off every few seconds. Drove us all insane and it's so loud! Kept interrupting us.
Great food, great sevice, great people. Hidden gem of the papusa place.
I went to pick up food here today. The place was really cute. Reminded me of being in Nicaragua. My order was ready faster than DoorDash said it would be. I ordered El plato Nica. Steak a little bit smaller than expected, but delicious char flavor. Maduras were average and the Cayo Pinto seemed to be missing a little bit of flavor, but overall it was a hit. I did enjoy eating all of it and love the fact that it’s so close to home.
