If there were more stars I would give Elisa's Catering them all! This team is amazing! We had them cater our wedding and it was 100% an amazing decision. Every single guest could not stop raving about the staff- and also- THE FOOD! Even the pickiest eaters were so pleased with the catering. Cannot recommend enough! Juan worked with me to create a smaller, custom sandwich menu for a baby shower I was having for 25 guests, that started at 10:30am. In the planning process, he dealt kindly with my many edits and requests. He made these sandwiches: flank steak, carmelized onion, and Boursin; smoked salmon, cucumber, and cream cheese; and chicken pesto, tomato.
