This is my favorite ayca sushi around. I used to drive up to their Vacaville location for it and was so happy when they opened this location in Concord.
What I think makes this experience better than the rest is the way the food is served. They have a sushi boat style belt that has small plates you can just go up and grab as well as rolls premade ready for you to take.

Fuji sushi was the most unusual experience I've had so far here in the Bay Area. The restaurant was completely packed, but it was uncomfortable. The way they serve is really cool, and the fact that they have a conveyor belt for those who sit at the bar makes the experience even better. The bar is definitely the best place to sit. However the service was bad. We were sitting in the sushi bar area and when we were ordering rolls, 1 of the sushi chefs was really rude. It ruined the whole experience for us. After his rude remarks, we didn’t even wanted to order anymore and we just got out.
