I love Inkas grill. I normally do. Food is delicious and the staff is awesome. Unfortunately I ordered rotisserie chicken and couple times part of the chicken were missing. Today I had the pleasure of dining at Incas Grill, the Peruvian restaurant I go to frequently. As always, the service was excellent. Miss Perla, who served us, was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our visit.

I ordered a fish ceviche, Cau Cau, a Caesar salad with chicken, a chicha morada and a lucuma ice cream. Everything was delicious and fresh, with that authentic Peruvian touch that I enjoy so much. Each dish was perfectly seasoned and the portions...
