This one sucks. They were rude and didnt have my mobile order ready and made me wait in the parking lot and then when I got home they didnt give me a whole meal even after i asked the lady if this was everything when she gave me the order. My fault for trusting them and not double checking their work because i know 3 tacos and fries are very hard to put in a bag.

Never ate inside, but for a fast food place they are decent. When I asked for well done fries they always provided me with well done fries cooked to order. Which is rare now a days.
I went to the Jack in the Box drive-thru to pick up an order today at 3 PM, and the employee was extremely rude. She shouted at me to go to the next window and handed me my order with an angry and dismissive attitude. This was unacceptable, and I would like to report it. No customer should be treated this way. I hope management takes action to improve customer service at this location.
