Kevin's was very good. They had great food, a standout was the pho, a very cultural atmosphere which was welcoming, and easy to order from waiters as well as a great ordering system and fast wait time. They did great 8/10 will come again.
The food is good, but it's so overpriced now. Appetizers like egg rolls and spring rolls used to be ~$4 years ago but are now $12, the same price as a main entree like pho, which is pretty ridiculous.
Honestly, the best pho I've had in a long time and the second best was the same restaurant, but in Walnut Creek. I wouldn't go anywhere else for pho in Concord. They sell small, medium, large bowls. I got a medium and it was plenty
