My husband and I went to KFC on Clayton Rd. Thursday 12-19 to place a special order.. at first it looked like it couldn't be fulfilled ( it was an unusual order).. The Manager Daniel stepped in to assist us.. Daniel went above and beyond to fulfill our request as well as Yvonne.. We were blown away how they accommodated our request .. Managers like Daniel and the employees that work under him should be recognized by Corporate.. Thank you Daniel and Yvonne.. Bless you both 🙏🏿

12/5/25 Chicken was so good last night we had company tonight and we went back again! Eduardo is a first class manager that knows how to treat his customers. He works well with his staff and they are like a well oiled machine!
Kudos to this crew, they rocked and the chicken and fixing were bomb!

The drive thru is bad you have to wait more than 10 minutes even only a few car waiting and not enough ready for the pot pie. I’m just only ordering 2. They said I have to wait 20 minutes. Not good at all.

That was the worst fast food experience I’ve had in years. They told me to park in the parking lot next to the store and they still took about 15 minutes with my food and my order was very small when the food came out everything was made wrong and they forgot my sauce on top of all of it. I’ll never come back.

How does a fried chicken place not have any chicken already made. I was told 10-20 minutes wait for the chicken as we're there other 2 people before me. They did not have any chicken made.
