Placed online order on two different occasions and arrived at 7pm and staff said they were closed and I had to call the corporate office to get a refund. I will never visit this KFC again and never order Online with them. More than 4 hours wasted in total.

I have patronized the business twice recently.
The first time was at the drive-through, and I used my debit card for the first time in nearly a year. Two days later, someone used my card for unauthorized purchases. Maybe a coincidence, but I doubt it.
The second visit was also at the drive-through. This time, I used cash. They did screw up a very simple order. I am done with these chumps.
