Check your bags before you leave because they will almost never give you everything you ordered! This has happened to me multiple times in the drive through, they always forget something in my order! I have been inside once and it was very unclean and customer service could be better. Overall it’s one of the worse KFC’s.

Anyone know why they adamantly ask you to STOP at the first window and wait until your order is ready and then they will waive you down to the second window to pay?? lol like why can't I just pull up to the window like at every other drive through place ?? Do they want more privacy when they are making the food or what ?? Kinda weird if you ask me..

Please be mindful of how you pay if you stop by this location. I was charged twice because the guy charged me for the wrong thing then proceeded to lie to me about it. I asked him if he swiped my card twice he stated no, which was a complete lie. I went home to see not one but two separate charges from KFC with different amounts.

I recently ordered the new hot and spicy chicken wings due to the extensive advertising plus I liked their wings from before. Well I was horribly disappointed! Not due to kfc's idea of what they should be but because this store personnel more than likely did not follow corporate instructions on how to cook and store the wings. They were dried out and rubbery. They should have never been served to me. They were cooked well in advance and kept way past any sort of quality storage time under heat lamps. I worked in fast food for 12 years so I know what they did wrong. Sadly employees need extensive training and constant follow up to insure they abide by the standards set by corporate. Too many times front line employees think they know better than the corporate product developers who spend millions to develop and test a product then corporate marketing spends millions to bring the product to market to drive customers to the stores only to have front line employees drop the ball and lose customers going forward. This is a local management problem lack of supervision and positive reinforcement at the store level. I have lost faith in this store and warn others to beware, quality is poor.

If you love chicken KFC is the best fast food. Regular is better crispy. I prefer the thighs.
I placed an order early in the day for pick up at a specific time in the afternoon. When I went into the store to get my order, no one knew anything about it. Ultimately my order was found on a clipboard. The person waiting on me said it was taken by the morning crew, and now the current crew had just arrived. THAT IS NO EXCUSE. The early crew must pass on information to the next shift. Had to wait 20 minutes.

I'm proud of the staff managers shift leaders overall KFC experience the owners did a good job in duly noting in my last review that the restaurant wasn't open now it is frequently open I was able to sit down the other day for the first time in a year and almost 2 years and I actually got to experience KFC like I did back in 1990 when I first moved here of course it's different but it's not like sitting in a restaurant and eating there like before so once again I appreciate everybody that had their hand in keeping this KFC open for the frequent and guess that come through and the drive-thru is actually absolutely fast all everybody to get job
