Hello Jordan G , first and foremost I think your response is a joke to my review I didn't mention that anyone was force to order off the all you can eat menu that was not my issues at all. Food is high no matter where you go so Your policy is childish usually when adult go out to eat they don't always share there food(kids do that) and adult like to seat at the same table when they go to eat your policy for the all you can eat per your waiter the couple were separated because they didn't want the same food but you didn't address that in your comment grown people go out they sit together. It seem those that patronize your restaurant you think there to eat for free....wow CFish

Not good at all, we order the all you can eat $39.99 per person. The quantity is good, enough for 2 person per order, so you might not order for the second round and you cannot take home your left over even if you did not did not get the second round. No taste at all, no butter taste, no garlic taste, no cajun taste or salt either, it's just blend. For 2 person they also included a 15% gratuity.

If your going for the All you can eat seafood boil, make sure everyone in your party is going get the same It wasn't a pleasant experience because some of my family just wanted entrees but the "rule" per the waiter says everyone has to get the same thing. It changed the whole vibe. We understand the sharing between customers being the reason for the rule. But everyone sitting together may not necessarily want to order the same thing such as the All you can eat seafood. This rule forces everyone to choose that as their dining option even if they are not interested. And then ordered entrees on top of that if they want something else so essentially this rule forces a customer to eat the same thing

Wife and I got the all you can eat boil. It was good, the taste was as expected, the server was nice.... BUT.... Watch out when they bring u the card reader. They DO NOT tell you that gratuity is already added on (even for my party of two!), and they still ask for gratuity after you scan your card. My guess is that they're hoping that you won't notice the higher subtotal and accidentally tip twice. I was lucky enough to see that the total was $15 higher than it should have been and asked to see the itemization, which is where I saw the auto-gratuity. That is enough to lower them to two stars. Really shady.

I wish they had - minus stars!!! I've frequented this establishment numerous times, but my recent visit left me thoroughly disappointed. There seemed to be a significant decline in the quality of the food, prompting me to question whether there had been changes in management or kitchen staff. The sauce lacked seasoning, and despite my request for no sausage, it still found its way onto my bag. The inconvenience of driving back to the restaurant, a 20-minute journey, to return the subpar meal only compounded my frustration. Even after the food was remade, it failed to meet expectations. What was most disheartening was the lack of acknowledgment or compensation for the poor experience. No discount, complimentary drink, or gesture of goodwill was offered. The overall lack of customer care left me feeling undervalued as a patron. Regrettably, this experience has dissuaded me from returning to this establishment. The time, effort, and money invested were simply not worth it. My husband's suggestion to return the uneaten food and demand a refund underscores the severity of the disappointment. It's unfortunate that what was once a reliable dining option has fallen short in such a significant way.

The whole menu is rigged! Customer Service is poor in person however Exceptional via phone! The entire establishment needs an overhaul, from the building, staff and FOOD! The Seafood was not FRESH AT ALL!!! Great location, New Management Needed!

Haven't been here in ahwile and the food was horrible!!!! They gave me cold oysters and fries !! The boil was flavorless and we use to come here fairly often!!! The server also told me I couldn't use the restroom that it was only for customers ! What a joke and not ONCE did they even come to our table to ask us if we needed anything!!!!
food was great. server kept checking in on us asking what we wanted to order next. garlic noodles are on point. shots were on the small side for the promo.
