Ordered pizza to go online, but the hours are incorrect on the website. When I tried to go in the door was already locked. When I asked the employees if they were closed they looked at me, shut off the lights, then left. No wonder the store is always deserted now.

Ordered through DoorDash received a soda from this location that is 5 months old, didn’t notice right away hoping I don’t get food poisoning absolutely disgusting, 5 months expired is unacceptable

6.8.24. 6:15pm. I called. The guy who answered took my order and confirmed my phone number and address with him.. then without saying anything he passed the phone to someone else who had NO idea about my order.. I wasn't put on hold .. just passed it to someone else... Then the next guy proceeded to tell me the 1st guy was TOO busy (literally) to complete my order.. So we had to start over AGAIN! BTW I could hear the 1st guy in the background talking to the 2nd guy whom I was now talking to.. Needless to say I will definitely NOT be ordering from round table in park & shop in Concord any time soon. After that experience if there was something less then one star ⭐ I would have clicked on that.. I guess ANY other pizza place will suffice.. BTW.. Little Ceasers on monument Blvd always has great deals and yummy pizza.. ✌️😎 ordering from them now. Thanks RTP.

I can't rate the food, service, or atmosphere. My online order was canceled due to the store being closed. It was 8:37 pm and according to this here site, it closes at 10 pm. 5 stars because I love Round Table. I pity the city of Concord can't have it late though.
